By using Digrow Spaces, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misuse another person's identity or information.

Certain features require registration using your name, email address, mobile number and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities performed through your account.

You must immediately notify Digrow Spaces if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must keep your password private and secure.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. You agree to:

• Not share your password with anyone.
• Not reuse the credentials of other services or expose them through the platform.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your device and account.
• Notify Digrow Spaces promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Users may browse, search and view publicly available property information without creating an account.

Login or registration may be required to access certain restricted information or features, including property owner contact information, listing properties and saving properties.

Property owners may submit properties for listing on Digrow Spaces.

A listing may contain information such as:

• Property type
• Location
• Area
• Price
• Purpose of listing
• Property images
• Amenities
• Construction status
• Ownership information
• Property documents

Submitting a property does not guarantee that the property will be published.

Property owners may be required to provide documents for verification.

Documents may include registration documents, tax documents, identity documents or other relevant supporting documents.

Users must not upload forged, altered, fraudulent or misleading documents.

Digrow Spaces may review submitted property listings before publication.

Digrow Spaces reserves the right to:

• Approve a listing.
• Reject a listing.
• Request additional information.
• Temporarily hide a listing.
• Remove a listing.
• Restrict an account.

Verification or approval by Digrow Spaces does not constitute a legal guarantee of ownership or title.

Property owners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Digrow Spaces is accurate, current and complete.

This includes property price, area, location, ownership, documents, availability, images and other listing details.

Digrow Spaces is not responsible for incorrect information supplied by users.

Any verification performed by Digrow Spaces is intended to improve platform quality and user safety.

Verification does not replace legal due diligence, title verification, registry verification, encumbrance checks, government records or professional legal advice.

Users should independently verify all property-related information before entering into any transaction.

Digrow Spaces may allow users to contact property owners directly through available communication methods.

Communication between users may take place through phone calls, WhatsApp or other available channels.

You agree to use contact information only for genuine property-related communication and not for marketing, solicitation or any unlawful purpose.

Digrow Spaces is not responsible for the content, conduct or outcome of communications between users.

Any property purchase, sale, rent, lease, advance payment, agreement, negotiation or other transaction is solely between the concerned parties.

Digrow Spaces is not a party to such transactions unless expressly stated.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate legal, financial and property due diligence before making any payment or signing any agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Digrow Spaces does not process or guarantee payments between property owners and property seekers.

Users should not make payments solely based on information displayed on the platform.

Any payment made between users is made at the user's own risk and responsibility. Be cautious of advance-payment or advance-rent requests before you have verified the property and the ownership document.

You must not use Digrow Spaces to:

• Publish false or misleading property information.
• Upload fraudulent or forged documents.
• Impersonate another person.
• Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activities.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Collect information for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Circumvent platform security.
• Use automated systems to abuse the platform.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the platform for spam, unsolicited advertising or unauthorized solicitation.
• Post other people's private information without permission.

As a user of Digrow Spaces, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the platform and its contact features for legitimate, property-related purposes.
• Not misuse owner contact information for marketing, spam or other unauthorized purposes.
• Verify information and documents independently before any transaction.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Report misuse, fraud or suspicious activity to Digrow Spaces.

Digrow Spaces does not permit fake, false or fraudulent listings.

You must not list a property that does not exist, that you do not own or are not authorized to list, or that contains deliberately false details.

Digrow Spaces may remove fraudulent listings and take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of accounts involved in suspected fraud.

Property owners (sellers) are responsible for the accuracy and genuineness of their listings, documents and ownership claims.

Property seekers (buyers/tenants) are responsible for verifying property details, ownership documents and the identity of the person they are dealing with before making any payment or commitment.

Neither party should rely on Digrow Spaces as a substitute for their own due diligence.

Users may report a listing if it appears to be fake, fraudulent, inappropriate, unlawful or potentially harmful.

A reported listing may be reviewed, temporarily hidden or removed at the discretion of Digrow Spaces.

Users must not misuse the reporting facility to harm another user or to make false or vexatious reports.

Digrow Spaces may review, screen, moderate or otherwise monitor user-submitted content, including listings, images and documents, to detect suspicious, inappropriate or unlawful material.

Reviews are conducted to protect users and improve platform quality. Moderation decisions by Digrow Spaces are final in connection with the platform, subject to applicable law.

Digrow Spaces may remove a listing without prior notice where the listing:

• Violates these Terms.
• Contains false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Uses unapproved images or documents.
• Is reported or appears to be unlawful.
• Creates a risk to users or the platform.

If your listing is removed, you may contact Digrow Spaces for clarification, subject to applicable law.

When you submit property information, descriptions, images, documents or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to submit that content.

You grant Digrow Spaces permission to use submitted content for operating, displaying, verifying, promoting and improving the platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Images and documents must accurately represent the listed property and must not intentionally mislead users or include another person's private information without permission.

Digrow Spaces may provide a wishlist feature that allows users to save properties for convenient access.

Wishlist information may be stored locally on the user's device.

Removing the application or clearing application data may remove locally stored wishlist information.

Digrow Spaces attempts to keep the platform available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, network failures or circumstances beyond our control.

Digrow Spaces may depend on third-party services such as hosting providers, communication services, map services or other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Digrow Spaces is not responsible for the independent policies or availability of third-party services.

The platform may provide or reference links to external websites or services, such as the Digrow Spaces website, external map tiles or communication services.

We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of external websites or services. You access them at your own discretion and should review their terms and policies.

The Digrow Spaces name, branding, logo, software, design, graphics, content and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Digrow Spaces materials without appropriate authorization.

Digrow Spaces may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user has:

• Violated these Terms.
• Provided fraudulent information.
• Uploaded prohibited or fraudulent content.
• Engaged in fraudulent activity.
• Misused the platform, its data or its contact features.
• Created a security or legal risk.

Users may also stop using the platform or delete their account at any time (see the Account Deletion section of the Privacy Policy).

Digrow Spaces provides a technology platform for property discovery and communication.

We do not guarantee property ownership, title, availability, accuracy of every listing, valuation, transaction completion, financial returns or suitability of a property for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digrow Spaces shall not be responsible for losses, damages, disputes, fraudulent transactions, incorrect property information, unauthorized conduct of users or other consequences arising from interactions or transactions between users.

You agree to take responsibility for claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Digrow Spaces, fraudulent activity or infringement of another person's rights.

Privacy

Your use of Digrow Spaces is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect information associated with your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

Digrow Spaces may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published within the application or website. Your continued use of Digrow Spaces after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to resolve concerns with us first through our support and grievance channels. If a dispute is not resolved, any dispute relating to the use of Digrow Spaces shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable law, and may be resolved through arbitration or other lawful means as applicable under Indian law.
