Digrow Spaces is a real estate platform that helps property owners list their properties and helps users discover and contact property owners directly.

Digrow Spaces works with two different kinds of location information:
Device / current location
Used only when you intentionally choose a feature that needs it, such as “Use Current Location” for nearby searches or for selecting a property location. We ask for your permission before accessing it.
Your device's current location is not displayed publicly as your personal location.
Property location
The coordinates you select on the property location map (by dragging the map or using your current location) become the location linked to your property listing. This is used for location-based property search and discovery.
You can always choose the property location manually by dragging the map, without providing device location permission.

Wishlist / saved properties
Properties you save are stored securely on your device so they remain available in your wishlist. You can remove saved properties at any time.
Search activity
Search queries and filters you apply are processed to return property results. Digrow Spaces does not maintain a device-side store of your search history, and you are not required to provide your current location to search.
Recently viewed property history is not maintained by the application.
Property images and verification documents that you upload are used to create and manage your property listing and for verification.
Verification documents are used only for administrative verification and are not shown to other users.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload images and documents, and for not uploading another person's private information without permission.

When you create an account, you are asked to tick an unchecked box agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledging this Privacy Policy. This box is never pre-checked, and the account creation button remains disabled until you provide this agreement.
Optional marketing communications
Digrow Spaces does not currently offer optional marketing or promotional communication collection. If such a feature is introduced later, it will be optional, separate from the mandatory Terms/Privacy agreement, and not pre-selected.
Location consent
Your device's location is only accessed after an explanatory screen asks for your permission, and after the platform asks the device for location permission. Choosing “Not Now” lets you continue using manual location selection and manual search.

Information you enter for a property listing is displayed to other users and visitors according to the product's listing design. This may include:

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and your associated personal data where deletion is applicable, including your listings and wishlist. A confirmation step is required; your account is not deleted by a single accidental tap.

Records that must remain for legitimate reasons are kept separately from deletable account information and retained only to the extent necessary.
